How long does production take?
Production time is the time it takes us to create your custom product before it is shipped. This estimate does not include shipping. To find out when your order will arrive, add the shipping time to the production time.
On average, production takes 2–5 business days for all production methods.
Typical Production Times
Most orders are processed quickly. In fact:
- Over 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days.
- More than 50% are shipped within 3 business days or less.

- Our processing times are estimates—not guarantees.
- Processing time does not include shipping time.
- Large orders may take slightly longer on average, but we still process them within 5 business days.
How We Calculate Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the customer’s location. We use past delivery data for your region to estimate how long shipping will take.
Shipping usually takes about 3–8 business days.
Why Delivery Might Be Delayed
We strive to meet the estimated delivery time for every order, but delays can still occur. Common reasons include:
- Issues with print or embroidery files, which can cause your order to be held up and extend processing time.
- Temporary product shortages.
- Shipping delays due to missed delivery attempts, bad weather, or disruptions with shipping carriers.
- Holidays, vacations, and long weekends.

What should you do if your order is late?
If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend waiting another 5 business days, as delays can occasionally occur.
